Dorathy Ruth Briden

Dorathy Ruth (Hamm) Briden, 93, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at Friendship Village.

Dorathy was born in Cedar Falls, Iowa, to Cecil and Charlotte Hamm. On December 31, 1948, Dorathy was united in marriage to Marion Briden. The two were married for 71 years.

Dorathy was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Kenneth Hamm; and a sister, Helen Hannaman. She is survived by her husband Marion; a brother, LaVerne P. (Geraldine) Hamm of Lynnwood, WA; a son, Michael Lee (Bonnie) Briden of Janesville; a daughter, Sandra Briden; and a grandson, Cory Briden of Janesville.

Dorathy did not wish for any services to be held. Memorials may be directed to Black Hawk Wildlife Rehabilitation at 2027 South Union Road, Cedar Falls, IA 50613.
