Dunkerton, Iowa - Muriel A. Woellert, 88, of 1694 Cunningham Road, died at home Wednesday Nov 23, of natural causes.

She was born Jan. 30, 1906 in Aneta, N.D., the daughter of Russell and Minerva Meharry Stark. She married George W. Woellert on Dec. 24, 1923 in Waterloo. He died Dec. 13, 1981.

Survived by: three daughters, Nadine R. Miller of Dunkerton, Patricia A. Mangrich of Raymond and Carol L. Clark of Waterloo; and 28 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three sons: Craig E., George H. and Russell J.

Services: 10 a.m. O'Keefe & Towne-Grarup & Waychoff Funeral Home, with burial in Garden of Memories cemetery, both in Waterloo. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Friday and an hour before services Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Note by Karen: Muriel was also predeceased by her parents; father Russell died in 1948 in Washington state, her sister Ruth died in 1949 in Waterloo, her mother Minnie Hinton died in Waterloo in 1950 and a half brother Mark in 1943 in Iowa City, buried in Waterloo.
