PETER ANDERS DIES
PASSES AWAY AT HIS FARM HOME LAST EVENING
Peter Anders, a farmer who has been on the George E. Dawson farm in East Waterloo township for a year or more, and who for the past six months has been in poor health, died last evening at 7 o'clock. The cause of his death was heart failure. Mr. Anders lived in Waterloo several years ago, and went from here to Waverly.
Later he came back and went on the Dawson farm as a tenant. He was 46 years of age.
Besides his wife he leaves three children, all at home. A brother from Charles City came down this morning to attend the funeral.
The funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 o'clock at the German Evangelical church, corner of Park Avenue and LaFayette street. Rev. John Abrams will officiate. The burial will be in Fairview cemetery.
