Audrey Mae Williams

Audrey M Williams was born August 16, 1925 in Sparta, Wisconsin, the daughter of Ben and Henrietta (Pfuhl) Vieth.

She married David Williams in September 14, 1946. David died in January 18, 2018. She retired after 13 years from the Bremer County Courthouse, Waverly, IA, holding the position of 1st Deputy of Clerk of Court. David and Audrey made their home in Denver, Iowa, until retirement.

After retirement, they spent their winters in Mission, Texas, and summers in Harpers Ferry, Iowa. Eventually moving to Mission full time. She currently resided at the Western Home Communities – Deery Suites. Audrey loved traveling, golfing, and was an avid bridge player. She is now reunited with her husband of 71 years, David.

Audrey Williams died, Friday, July 5, 2019 at the Deery Suites in Cedar Falls, at age 93.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister; Wilma Hubbard, brothers; Roger Vieth, James Vieth, Richard Vieth, Dwayne Vieth, and Clifford Vieth.

Audrey is survived by her daughter; Patricia (Sam) Kehe of Camanche, Dianne (David) Happel of Waterloo, Peggy (Wendell) Schmitz of Waterloo, grandchildren; Tom Kehe, Whitney (Matt) Weaver, Alison (Alan) Fahrenkrog , Lesley (Ryan) Morris, Holly Keller, Michael (Bailey) Schmitz, great grandchildren; Luke, Ian, and Maya Morris, Ethan and Evi Weaver, and brother; Clinton Vieth.
