CEDAR FALLS, IOWA – Audrey J. Conerd, 69, of Cedar Falls died Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at UnityPoint Health-Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa.

She was born December 3, 1949, in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Wellington and Mary “Mitzi” (Klein) McKeen. She received her associates of arts degree in accounting from Hawkeye Community College and was a homemaker throughout her adult life.

She is survived by a daughter, Andrea (Dan Heller) Damm of Cedar Falls; a son, Eugene Conerd of Ogden, Utah; grandson, Tyler (Justice) Damm and their children, Greyson and Dillon Damm of Scott Air Force Base, IL; granddaughter, Sydney (Kurt)Vavricek of Cedar Falls; grandson, PJ Carter and his children, Landon and Jordan Carter of Ogden, Utah; grandson, Jacobb Curtis and his children, Hayden and Isabella of Austin, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Linda (Yarrow) Stoner; and a brother, Wellington McKeen Jr.

Family Directed Celebration of Life will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9th at the Jesup American Legion (931 6th Street, Jesup, Iowa, 50648). Richardson Funeral Service is assisting the family.
