The exciting moments of pregnancy have turned to sorrow and heartfelt loss with the premature birth of baby boy, Karsen Ri’Lynn Tyler on Friday, September 21, 2018.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Richard Tyler; and great-grandparents, Leonard (Helen) Tyler and Rick (Nancy) Mercurio.

Karsen is survived by his father, Gabriel Cera; his loving mother, Emilie Tyler, who will carry him in her heart forever; grandparents, Shelly (Danny) Sanderson of Waterloo and Trevor Thomas of Waterloo; his aunts, Amber (Lee) Tyler, Nikki Rolf, Tara (Adam) Macomber, and Lacey (Misty) Burchard of Waterloo; uncles, Richard Tyler, Aaron (Kayla) North, Lucas Luck, and Carlos Sanderson all of Waterloo; and many cousins and extended family members.
