Biography
Delores I. Teare age 84 of Waterloo and formerly of Kansas City died Sunday July 15, 2018 at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo.
She was born on January 28, 1934, in Waterloo Iowa, the daughter of John and Pearl (Wellendorf) Teare. She graduated from Waterloo East High School with the class of 1952 and received her Bachelor’s degree from Rock Hurst University. She worked for many years at Hallmark Cards in Kansas City.
Survivors include: three sisters: Doris Fouts of Waterloo, Kathryn Benischek of Cedar Rapids, and Joyce Nichols of Waterloo; She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Billy Teare and John Teare Jr.
