Obituary for Joslynn Louise Thome

April 11, 2018 - April 22, 2018

Joslynn Louise Thome, 11 days old, died Sunday, April 22, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.

She was born April 11, 2018, in Waterloo, the daughter of John and Amanda Cornelius Thome. She is survived by her parents of Jesup; her brother, Aiden at home; her sister, Jenlynn at home; paternal grandmother, Cris Thome of Jesup; maternal grandparents, Ray and Lana Cornelius of Huxley; aunts and uncles, Erin Thome of Des Moines, Julie Ericson of Urbandale, Stacy (Joe) Kaalberg of Cascade, and Justin (Melissa Wnuk) Cornelius of Huxley.

She is preceded in death by: her paternal grandfather, Steve Thome and her uncle, Nick Thome.

Services: 10:30 Friday, April 27, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial in Sancta Maria Cemetery, both in Gilbertville. Public visitation from 4-7 pm Thursday, April 26, at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street. Visitation also one hour prior to services Friday at the church.
