CEDAR FALLS, IOWA – Eric R. Charlton, 42, of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at his home.

He was born July 10, 1975, in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, son of Robert Edward Charlton Jr. and Suann (Smith) Charlton. He married Katie Weber on June 26, 2004 in Gilbertville, Iowa.

He graduated from Northland Christian High School (Houston, TX) in 1993 and earned his BA in Accounting from Texas Christian University in 1997. He was a CPA with several companies in the Cedar Valley.

He is survived by his wife of Cedar Falls; two daughters, Alissa Harper Charlton and Evalie Lauren Charlton, both at home; his parents, Bob and Sue Charlton of Fort Worth, TX; a sister, Stefany Danko of Azle, TX; paternal grandmother, Dee Charlton of Pittsburgh, PA; a niece, Breanna Danko; father and mother-in-law, Randy L. (Janan) Weber of Raymond.

Preceded in death by: his paternal grandfather, Robert Charlton; and maternal grandparents, Harold and Kathleen Smith.

Services: Monday, April 16 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Cedar Falls. Visitation from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Richardson Funeral Service and also for one hour prior to the service at the church.
