Obituary for Randy A. Kollmann

Randy A. Kollmann Sr, 57, of Elk Run Heights, Iowa, died Friday, February 2, at home.

He was born January 29, 1961, in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of Elvin and Wanda Weidemann Kollmann. He married Victoria Black on February 16, 1999, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Randy was employed with Black Hawk Rental as head mechanic until 2005. After 2005, he has been employed as a Field Service Technician for Mid Country Machinery.

Survivors include his wife, Victoria of Elk Run Heights; his son, Randy Jr.(Tanya McDaniel) of Waterloo; his mother, Wanda Kollmann of Waterloo; a grandson, Randy III; his sister, Tammy (Jerry) Cufr of Evansdale.

Preceded in death by his father, Elvin; and by his son, Greg.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 6, at Central Christian Church. Public visitation from 4-8 p.m. Monday, February 5, at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway. Visitation also one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.

Memorials: may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.
