CEDAR FALLS, IOWA – Albert H. Roberts, 93, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, November 12, 2017 at UnityPoint-Allen Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa.

He was born September 25, 1924 in Cedar Falls, the son of Harry and Ida Mae (Minikus) Roberts. He married L. Donna Kamrath on October 5, 1946 in Cedar Falls. She died April 6, 1998.

He packaged feed and delivered coal for the co-op prior to working at the Cedar Falls Utilities Power Plant for 36 years, retiring in 1986. Additionally, he farmed and raised cattle.

He is survived by a sister, Virginia Nelson of Cedar Falls; and several nieces and nephews.

Albert was preceded in death by four brothers: J.R., Harold, Wilford, and Donald.

Services: 11:00 a.m. Friday, Nov 17, at Nazareth Lutheran Church Chapel with burial in Hillside Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Richardson Funeral Service and also for one hour prior to the service at the church.
