MRS. LANT CLARK, FORMER RESIDENT DIED MONDAY
Relatives here received word Tuesday of the death of Mrs. Lant B. Clark of Pasadena, Calif. Her death occurred at the age of 83 years on Monday morning at 10:15 and was due to a heart attack. Burial was Wednesday in Pasadena.
Mrs. Clark was born Sedalia Sawyer in Spring Creek township, northeast of LaPorte City and was reared and married there.
About 37 years ago she and Mr. Clark moved to California. Since her husbands death she had made her home with a sister, Mrs. Cora Snyder, who survives.
Also surviving are one brother, Walter Sawyer, Alpaugh, Calif. and a step daughter, Mrs Goldie Waterhouse, Pasadena.
Mrs. Clark was a sister to the late Wm. Sawyer of this city.
