Ryan Patrick Brennan, 39, of Waterloo, Iowa, died Saturday, September 30, at home.

He was born January 27, 1978, in Waterloo, the son of Sean Brennan and Julie Frost Brennan.

He married Amanda Graybill on September 12, 2009, in Waterloo and were later divorced.

Ryan graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1996 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Northern Iowa.

Survivors include his mother, Julie Wilson of Waterloo; his father’s, Sean Brennan of Omaha, Neb and Todd (Molly) Wilson of Waterloo; his daughter, Delaney Brennan of Waterloo; his brother, Sean Brennan Jr. of Omaha, Neb; his sisters, Tara Brennan of Omaha, Neb, Megan Green of Kan, and Leigh Elliott of Waterloo.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Ray and Anita Frost; paternal grandparents, Robert and Margaret Brennan, and Robert and Arlene Wilson.

Services: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 5, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, where there will be a 4 p.m. rosary. Visitation also one hour prior to services Thursday at the church.
