Jeannine Wilson, 52, of Evansdale, Iowa, died Sunday, July 9, 2017, at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa.

She was born August 7, 1964 in Waterloo, Iowa, daughter of Max and Pattie Weber Ortner. She married Steve Weber in Waterloo and they were later divorced. She married Howard Wilson in Independence.

She was employed with Black Hawk County Health as a CNA.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Bobby (Tasha Lee) Wilson and Louis (Stacey) Weber, both of Waterloo; a daughter, Katie (Eric) Niedert of Evansdale; three step-daughters: Barb Baych and Brandy (Brian) Higuera of Waterloo and Brea (Chris) Shary of Long Beach, Calif; 11 grandchildren; three sisters: Mary Kay (Kirk) Loy and Peggy (Gene) Marmie both of Cedar Falls and Donna (Dave) Hayes of Waterloo; and three brothers: Richard Ortner of Walkersville, Md., Thomas (Becky) Ortner of Porter, Texas and William Ortner of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by her parents

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 14 at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway. Public visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and for an hour before services on Friday.
