Biography--

Allen Ray Krueger, age 75, of Waterloo, died on April 24, 2017 at Ravenwood Specialty Care of cancer.

He was born on October 6, 1941 in Clermont, Iowa; the son of Edward Floyd and Charlotte Marie (Borchardt) Krueger. He attended Valley High School in Clermont. Allen served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He married Jean Huffman in 1967 in Waukon, they later divorced. He married Shirley Reierson in 1988 in Waterloo, and they later divorced.

Allen worked on the assembly line at the Hostess Wonder Bread Factory for over 32 years.

He was a member of First Baptist Church in Waterloo, VFW Post 1623, and Moose Lodge #328.

He is survived by three daughters: Lyn (Kate) Baier of New York City, NY; Darci (Bryan) Lantz of West Des Moines, Iowa, and Andrea Krueger of Moline, IL; four grandchildren; two sisters, D’Lene (Steve) Baldwin of Pleasant Prairie, WI and Barbara (Art) Schlee of Clear Lake; IA; and special friend, Jennifer Kramer of Cedar Falls, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Carlton Krueger.
