Biography--

Penny L. Bouck, age 56, of Waterloo, died Friday, July 8, 2016 at Cedar Valley Hospice Home.

She was born April 20, 1960 in Waterloo, the daughter of Frank and Dixie Legler Bouck. She loved to work in her flower garden, was very artistic and enjoyed drawing and crafts of all kinds. Penny liked being in the outdoors and was fond of her two cats, Miracle and Tiny.

Survivors include two daughters, Angie (Damian) Gilbert and Kimberly VanNice, all of Waterloo; nine grandchildren; her longtime boyfriend, Kip Spitler of Waterloo; a sister, Susan (Tony) LaRosee of Denver, Colorado; and a brother, Kevin Bouck.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Brenda Bouck; and a brother in infancy.
