Visitation:
Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Kearns Funeral Service Kimball Chapel with a rosary service at 5:00 p.m. and vigil at 6:30 p.m.

Biography--

Margaret “Marge” Scoles, 77, of Waterloo, Iowa, died at her home on Sunday, July 17, 2016.

Marge was born on April 19, 1939 in Cedar Falls, Iowa, the daughter of Karl J. and Rachel C. (Ralston) Kuriger.

She married Raymond F. Scoles, Jr. on September 26, 1959, in Waterloo. Marge was a homemaker.

She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Waterloo.

Marge is survived by her husband, Raymond; three sons: Carl (Barb) Scoles of Elk Run Heights, Randy (Pam) Scoles of Lakewood, CO, and Raymond Scoles III of Waterloo; five grandchildren: April (Mike) Ramsey, Amy Scoles, Carrie (Jim) Copley, Randy (Stacy) Scoles II, and Ashley (Brenda) Scoles; 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, Phillip Kuriger of Evansdale; and by three sisters: Mildred Hansen of Waterloo, Betty Wendt of New Hampton, and Theresa Wiley of Cedar Rapids.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Paul and Raymond Kuriger; and two sisters: Florence Sherbon and Rosemary Jenkins.
