Norma Jean Weber, 75, of Osage, Iowa, and formerly of Fredericksburg, Lawson, Missouri, and Sumner, died at Faith Lutheran Home Monday, January 9, 2017.

Norma was born on September 23, 1941 in Waterloo, Iowa, daughter of Edward Milton and Lois June (Stover) Lampman. She was baptized on April 29, 1956 at the Grace Bible Church of Washburn.

She graduated from Orange Township High School in 1960.

Norma married Lawrence A. "Larry" Weber on November 27, 1971. They were married for more than 30 years before he preceded her in death on January 31, 2004.

She worked with various companies including John Deere, Atwood, and Guy's Foods.

Norma had an exceptional love of animals, especially horses, being outdoors, gardening, flowers, birds, old country music, traveling -- especially to Disney World.

Norma is survived by two sons, Mark Wilcox of Postville and Duff Weber (Stephanie) of Lawson, MO; three daughters: Kathy Stepan of Decorah, Mary (Gene) Wagner of Osage, and Rene Hulet of Kansas City, MO; 10 grandchildren: David Lee Stepan, Trista Stepan, Jessica (Steve Schmitt) Stepan, Sarah (Nick) Weber, Kayla (Zach) Hase, Nichole (Logan Ptacek) Wagner, Abigail Wagner, Logan Weber, Coleman Weber, and Raegan Weber; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Judy Squires of Rock Island, IL; three brothers-in-law: James (Carolyn) Weber of West Union, Richard (Karen) Weber of Waterloo, and Jerry (Martha) Weber of Palmetto, FL; and two sisters-in-law, Sandy (Randy) Mahurin of Marion and Connie (Doug) Morgan of Dike.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Eddie Lampman; father and mother-in-law, Myron and Frances (Cannon) Weber; a sister-in-law; Carolyn Weber; a son‑in‑law, Dave Stepan; and a nephew, Mike Squires.
