Biography--

Joyce A. Cole, age 77, of Waterloo, Iowa, died on February 10, 2017 at Covenant Medical Center, of natural causes.

Joyce was born on August 14, 1939 in Moline; Illinois; the daughter of Arnold and Louise (Roets) Hensley. She was a 1957 graduate of Moline Senior High School.

Joyce married John R. Snyder, they later divorced; she married Lyle Leslie Cole, and they later divorced.

She worked as a beauty school instructor at Sterling Cosmetology School in Moline for 25 years; she later worked at Packers Inn for 20 years. Joyce was a member of several pool leagues.

She is survived by two daughters, Sheri (Jamie) Frost of Waterloo and Leslie (Kris) Cole of Waterloo; four grandchildren, Kelly, Scott, Kyleigh, and Kaiden; four great-grandchildren, Jersey, Natalee, Sawyer, and Ava Adale; two brothers, Kenny (Jean) Hensley of Silvis, IL and Leonard (Karen) Hensley of Silvis, IL.

Joyce was preceded in death by her special-friend, Duane “Punk” Rigdon; and a son, Scott Snyder.
