EVANSDALE, IOWA – Julie Ann Jones, 48, of Evansdale died Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Allen Memorial Hospital.

She was born September 7, 1968 in Cedar Falls, daughter of Thomas and Bernice Weers Robinett. She married Robert Peters and they later divorced. She then married Jesse Jones on March 9, 2013 in Waterloo.

She graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1986 and was a vet tech with Budreau Veterinary Clinic in Cedar Falls.

Survived by: her husband of Evansdale; a son, Tanner Peters of Cedar Falls; her mother and stepfather, Bernice and Gene Stauffacher of Cedar Falls; her father, Tom Robinett of Arizona; a sister, Christine Niedert of Ackley; a brother, Tom (Jill) Robinett of Cedar Rapids; and a half-sister, Tara Robinett of Arizona.

Preceded in death by: a brother-in-law, Brian Niedert and a half-sister, Danyel Wing.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Richardson Funeral Service, Cedar Falls.
