Cedar Falls - Mrs. Russell Troutfetter, 316 Iowa Street, who gave birth to triplet boys Tuesday, Oct. 10, at Sartori Memorial hospital here, died at noon Friday just after she stepped into the family automobile to be driven home by her husband.

She collapsed in the seat and death resulted from pulmonary embolism. The body was taken to the Brown funeral home.

The triplets were the first born at Sartori hospital since it was built in 1914. They have one brother, William Eugene, age four. Mrs. Troutfetter's husband is employed at the John Deere Tractor Co. in Waterloo.

The triplets are being left at the hospital.
