Biography--

Verna Jean Adams, 60, of Waterloo, died at ManorCare Health Services on Wednesday, December 7, 2016.

She was born April 11, 1956 in Waterloo, the daughter of Verne and Shirley Metcalf Wagner and graduated from Tripoli High School.

Verna married Mike Adams on April 7, 2006. She worked as an environmental services assistant in housekeeping at the Red Fox Inn, ManorCare, Holiday Inn and the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home.

She is survived by her husband, Mike; father, Verne Wagner of Janesville; brother, Al Wagner of Philadelphia, Tennessee; brother, David Wagner of Janesville; and a special friend, Linda Ahrenholz of Janesville.

Verna is preceded in death by her mother and three brothers: Harlan, Robert and Steven Wagner.
