Jeannine Breyfogle, 63, of Waterloo, Iowa, died at UnityPoint Health ‑ Allen Hospital, Wednesday, January 11, 2017, of natural causes.
She was born March 21, 1953, in Waterloo, daughter of Harland and Darlene Westphal Shimp. She married Daniel Breyfogle on December 12, 1985; he died December 12, 2003. Jeannine graduated in 1972 from Orange High School.
She volunteered for several years in the library at Roosevelt Elementary School and was a member of River's Edge Christian Church.
Jeannine is survived by her significant other, Randall Ahrenholz of Waterloo; daughter, Sarah (Robert Culbert) Westphal of Waterloo; daughter, Emily (Scott) Schultz of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; three grandchildren: Alexander, Evelyn, and Cullen; a brother, Jon Westphal of Washburn, Iowa; and a sister, Kathleen (Bear) Weber of Waterloo.
She is preceded by her parents and her husband.
