Alfred Wideman age 52 died at 1:00 AM Sunday at his home on Lincoln St. after an illness of 3 days. He was stricken with paralysis early Thursday afternoon and never regained consciousness. He was a brick mason and had done a great deal of building in this section. The widow, two daughter and an infant son survive. No funeral arrangement have been perfected.

The funeral of the late Alfred Wideman, took place this afternoon from the Christian Church, conducted by Reverand Andrew Scott. Interment was at Greenwood Cemetery.
