1989-Fairbank-ida O. Clark, 83 of rural Fairbank, died Wednesday Dec 13, 1989 at her grandson's home of natural causes; survivors include a daughter, Marjorie Edsill of LaPorte City; two sisters, Thursa Christensen of Waterloo and Agnes Rauch; and nine grandchildren, 24 great grand-children and a great great granddaughter; she was preceded in death by her husband, Luverne in 1981; two sons, Marvin and Melvin; and a sister, Esther Smith: services will be 2 PM Saturday at Dunkerton United Methodist Church with burial in West View Cemetery in LaPorte city; there will be a prayer service at 7:30 PM today at Huisman Funeral Home in LaPorte city where there will be a visitation from 4-9 PM today, 8:30 to 11:30 AM on Saturday and an hour at the church before services; memories made be made to the church or Covenant Cancer Treatment Center-Hospice Unit.
