Payslei Renee and Donovan Creed Johnson were born to Jarod and Heather (Swanson) Johnson. They were born prematurely on Friday, March 4, 2016 in Waterloo at Unity Point Health – Allen Hospital.

Payslei and Donovan are preceded in death by their maternal grandfather Marshall Swanson; paternal great-grandparents: Don and Evelyn Johnson, Earl and Alma Padget and Richard and Marie Roark; maternal great-grandparents: Roger Walther and Cal Swanson, Sr; and aunt Tonya Johnson and a cousin Stacy Swanson.

Payslei and Donovan are survived by their parents Jarod and Heather of Waterloo; paternal grandparents: Alan and Marsha Johnson of Anamosa; maternal grandmother Rebecca Swanson of Waterloo; maternal great-grandmother Marilyn Walther (Duane Franzen) of Waterloo; maternal great-grandparents: Don and Pat Lindsay of Waterloo; an aunt Abby Swanson of Waterloo; four uncles: Zach Swanson (Mercedes Payne) of Waterloo, Kelly (Julie) Johnson of Iowa, Bryce Johnson of Carlisle and Jesse Johnson of Texas, and many cousins.
