Biography--

Jesse Allan Paul Huntley, 35, of Dunkerton, died at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 from complications of cystic fibrosis.

Jesse was born on December 3, 1980, in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Larry Allan Baker and Joni A. Huntley. He was a 1999 graduate of Waterloo West High School.

Jesse married Jessica Marie Pierce on May 18, 2002 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Bennington Township.

He had worked at Pizza Hut and Ricoh at CUNA Mutual.

Jesse was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Bennington Township, Greater Cedar Valley Bowling Association Board of Directors, USBC, Special Persons Bowling League, Elks League, Classic League, and Transplant Iowa Games League Team.

Survived by his wife, Jessica Huntley of Dunkerton; son, Alexander Huntley still at home; mother, Joni (Duane) Dahlstrom of Waterloo; father, Larry (Patti) Baker of Altoona; two brothers, Nolan Baker of Altoona and Jake (Kristan) Dahlstrom of Waukon; a brother-in-law, Justin (Alisun) Pierce of Elk Run Heights; parents-in-law, Greg and Denise Pierce of Waterloo; grandmother, Mary Coate of Maxwell; grandmother, Norma Dahlstrom of Waukon; nieces and nephew, Hayden and Madilyn Dahlstrom and Lillian and Greyson Pierce; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Paul and Mary Huntley; paternal grandparents, C.C. and Margie Baker; a sister, Jamie Leigh Huntley, and a special cousin, Dustin D. Baker.
