CEDAR FALLS—Services are pending at Dahl-VanlHove-Schoof Funeral Home for LaVerne F. Miller, 47, of 2106 Pine St. He died at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at Sartori Memorial Hospital.

CEDAR FALLS—Services for LaVerne F. Miller, 47, of 2106 Pine St., will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Dahl -VanHove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Hillside Cemetery.

He died at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at Sartori Memorial Hospital of a heart attack.

He was born Jan. 20. 1927, in Waterloo, the son of Leonard and Pearl Carr Miller. He married Mary E. Mickey Dec. 10, 1949, in Albany, Ill. He worked as a machinist at Viking Pump Co.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Bruce of 423 Bishop Ave., Waterloo, Leonard at home, and Michael, serving with the Navy; a daughter, Mrs. Duane Neubauer of 2110 Pine St.; two brothers, Alfred of 208 DeSoto Ave.. Waterloo, and Eugene of Garden Grove. Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Thurston of Lorraine, Ohio, and Mrs. Juanita Carrol of Burlington; and four grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home until service time.
