Biography--

Moe Sed, 18, of Waterloo, Iowa, has died. His body was discovered Sunday, December 6, 2015.

He was born December 20, 1996 at the Mae Hong Son Refugee Camp in Thailand, son of Phe Tu Lun and Mayry Shay.

He was in his Junior year at Waterloo West High School.

He is survived by his father, Phe Tu Lun; mother, Mayry Shay; four brothers: Yon Her, Sawwin Lin, David Phetu and Sae Ku; and sister, Dece Paw, all of Waterloo.
