Biography--

Russell A. Truesdell, 83, of Waterloo died on March 16, 2015 of natural causes at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab.

He was born in Iowa City, the son of Raymond and Hazel (Pines) Truesdell.

Russell worked for Goodwill Industries and previously at Key 7 Adults Inc. and for Lonestar Restaurant as a janitor.

He was a member of First Baptist Church in Waterloo.

Russell was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Glenn, Paul, Kenneth and Harlan Truesdell; two sisters, Jessie Pettit and Katherine Dennis; and one half-brother, Ray Truesdell.
