Biography--

Patricia Ann Uting, 77, of Waterloo died at her home on Sunday, July 26, 2015 of natural causes.

She was born on October 22, 1937 in Waterloo, the daughter of Herman and Dorothy Mae (Curran) Culbert. Patricia married Gerald N. "Jerry" Uting on March 31, 1971 in Galena, Illinois; he preceded her in death on June 4, 2012.

She worked as a Dispatcher and Secretary for Standard Forwarding Trucking Company, Patricia retired in 2000. She was an Auxiliary member of Sullivan Brothers VFW Post 1623.

Survived by: Three stepsons: Wade Uting, Norman Uting, and Martin Uting all of Waterloo, a stepdaughter: Marybeth Uting of St Paul, Minnesota; numerous grandchildren and great‑grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Uting; three daughters: Holly McFarland, Dody Caley, and Vickey Culbert; two brothers, Herman and Paul Culbert; two sisters, Betty Roe and Joan Woods; two great-grandchildren, Dominick McFarland Jr. and Jessie Caley.
