Biography--

Warren John Lee, 74, of Waterloo, died at Cedar Valley Hospice Home on Thursday, August 27, 2015.

He was born September 03, 1940 in Waterloo, the son of John and Opal (Beckstron) Lee. Warren graduated from Waterloo East High School in 1958. He served in the US Navy.

He married Minnie Jean Lawrence on August 1, 1965 in Waterloo, she preceded him in death on January 22, 2015.

Warren worked in the foundry at John Deere as a sand tester. He was a member of UAW Local 838 in Waterloo.

Survivors include: a daughter, Brandi (Danny Jr.) Bowers of Waterloo; a son, Robert E. Lee of Waterloo; a sister, Kathy (Darwin) Poyner of Waterloo; a brother, Steve (Pat) Lee of Phoenix, AZ and several nieces and nephews.

Warren was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
