Kathryn Ann “Kathy” Jessen (1952-2015)

CEDAR FALLS, IOWA - Kathryn Ann “Kathy” Jessen, 62, of Cedar Falls, died Monday, March 23, 2015 at her home.

She was born July 13, 1952, in Cedar Falls, daughter of Clark E. and Winifred L. (Dove) Clayton. She married Don Jessen on May 8, 1981 in Waterloo.

She graduated from Northern University High School in 1970.

She is survived by her husband of Cedar Falls; two daughters, Alison (Greg Luniewski) Jessen of Seattle, WA, and Julie Jessen of Iowa City; two granddaughters, Rachel and Abigail Jessen; her mother, Winifred Clayton of Cedar Falls; and two brothers, Roger (Kay) Clayton of Waterloo and David (Thoa) Clayton of San Jose, CA.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Family directed memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday JUNE 26, 2015, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls. Memorials may be directed to the church.
