Madonna M. Rogge, 101, of Waterloo, died Friday, October 16, at UnityPoint Health-Allen Hospital.

She was born December 4, 1913 in New Hampton, daughter of Frank and Mary Donovan Brannon. She married Louis Rogge, Sr. on May 22, 1943 in West Union. He died in 1961.

Survivors include two sons, Louis “Skip” Rogge, Jr. and David (Laurie) Rogge, both of Waterloo; two grandchildren, Chad Rogge and Lindsey Bienemann and two great granddaughters, Amber Rogge and Hailey Carlock.

Preceded in death by four brothers, Virgil, Francis, Emmett and James Brannon; and three sisters, Evelyn Marquette, Emogene Kohn and Euphrasia Cornwell.

Services will be Wednesday at St. Edward’s Catholic Church with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be from Tuesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, where there will be a Catholic Daughters of the America’s rosary and a vigil service. Visitation will continue at the church for an hour before services on Wednesday.

Memorials may be made to St. Edward’s Catholic Church.
