Dale A. Miller, 41, of Waterloo died Wednesday, April 22 at Sartori Memorial Hospital, Cedar Falls.
He was born March 28, 1974, in Fort Dodge, Iowa, the son of Gayle and Lillian Havlik Miller, Sr.
Dale was employed with Performance Bodies in Cedar Falls for the last nine years.
Survivors include two brothers, Gayle “JR” Miller of Waterloo and Curt (Lisa) Miller of Webster City; a niece, Lydia Miller of St. Paul, Minn; a nephew, Caleb Miller of Ottumwa; and his companion, Jennifer Jacobsen of Jesup.
Preceded in death by his: parents.
Services will be 11 am Monday at St. Edward’s Catholic Church with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation will be from 2-6 pm Sunday at Hagarty – Waychoff – Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway and also for an hour before services at the church on Monday.
Memorials may be directed to Cedar Bend Humane Society or American Heart Association.
Dale was an avid hockey, Chicago Cubs and dirt track racing fan. He was working his dream job at Performance Bodies.
