Cemetery:
Family burial has already taken place at Elmwood Cemetery in Waterloo, Iowa

Biography--

Wilma A. Priest, 96, of Waterloo, died at Rosewood Estate of Friendship Village, on Wednesday, February 18, 2015.

She was born on October 17, 1918 in rural Black Hawk County, daughter of Asa Josiah and Frances Pearle (Mason) Stocker.

Wilma graduated from Teacher's College High in Cedar Falls in 1936.

She married Frederick E. Priest on August 21, 1937 in Des Moines. He died Feb. 2, 2002.

Wilma worked at West Junior High School in the cafeteria for several years.

She was member of Kimball Avenue United Methodist Church, several square and round dance clubs in the local area and in Okeechobee, Fla., and she was a Sunday school teacher and a Brownie and Girl Scout leader.

Wilma is survived by: daughters Donna (Mike) Jermier of Urbandale and Mesa, Arizona, Marjorie (John) Kelley of Waterloo, and Frances Malo of Azle, Texas; 13 grandchildren; 24 great‑grandchildren; five great‑great‑grandchildren; and sister-in-law Anna Stocker Madsen of Cedar Falls.

She was preceded in death by: her husband; two sons: Robert Earl and James Frederick, both in infancy; one stillborn daughter; granddaughter Elizabeth Arlene Kelley in infancy; grandson David J. Kelley; and three brothers: Eddie, Lawrence, and Wesley “Gale” Stocker.
