Biography--

Colleen K. "Mamma" Rambo, 62 of Waterloo, formerly of North Carolina, died Tuesday, April 07, 2015 at Cedar Valley Hospice Home of cancer.

She was born September 7, 1952 in Oelwein, the daughter of Wilbur and Norma Kearns Young. Colleen received her Associates degree in Business. She married Alan Hanson and they were later divorced. She married Steven Rambo and they were later divorced.

Colleen worked as Superintendent of Smithfield Foods in Tar Heel, NC from 1993‑2010. She most recently worked as a supervisor at Tyson Foods from 2010 until present. Colleen served as chair person for Relay for Life in Bladen Co., NC in 2007.

She is survived by her special friend, Delbert Hudson; her parents, Wilbur & Norma Young; a son, David Rohrbacher; a daughter, Candace Rohrbacher, all of Waterloo; five brothers, Cole (Mindi) Young of Elizabethtown, NC, Steven (Debbie) Young of Waterloo, Carl (Tammie) Young of Bryan, TX, Tom (Kayleen) Young of Waterloo, Dan (Joann) Young of Waterloo; two sisters, Grace (Rick) Casella of Washington, IA and Rene Rohrbacher of Davenport, FL; and many nieces and nephews.

Colleen was preceded in death by her son, Alan Hanson.
