WATERLOO - Kenneth Paul Huntley, 67, of Waterloo, died Monday, Nov. 17, 2014, at UnityPoint Health-Allen Hospital.

He was born May 23, 1947, in Waterloo, son of Paul and Mary Julien Huntley. He married Edna L. Wyant on Sept. 5, 1973, in Galena, Ill.

Kenny was a cement finisher by trade, but for the last 20 years supervised bridge cleaning and maintenance on large bridges throughout the United States.

Survived by his wife; a son, Russell (Kathy) of Waterloo; two daughters, Trish (Tom) Cherrier of Oelwein and Michelle (Trent) Ekman of Clarksville; a son-in-law, Steve Fry of Waterloo; 15 grandchildren, Amber (Shane) Blackledge, Katrina Hammond, Ashley and Wesley Huntley, David Brookman, Heather and Melissa Cantrell, Christopher (Amber) Nichol, Emily and Matthew Nelson, Andrew and Aaron Lewis, Kristin Case, Chad, Chris and Nick Cherrier and Alisha Fry; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Burton of Waterloo; and three sisters, Phyliss Seda of Evansdale, and Jeanette Raymond and Joni (Duane) Dahlstrom, both of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Laurie Fry; a granddaughter, Chantelle Young; a brother, Thomas; and his mother-in-law, Iola Wyant.

Services: 2 p.m. Saturday at Kearns Funeral Service Kimball Chapel, Waterloo, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Cedar Falls. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and an hour before services Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Kenny loved the outdoors, especially boating and fishing. He will be greatly missed by everyone that had the honor of knowing him.
