WATERLOO - Chelsea Dawn Dumer, 22, of Waterloo, died at home Sunday, Nov. 9, 2014.

She was born Sept. 18, 1992, in Waterloo, daughter of Clyde Legler and Angela Stromer. She graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 2011 and was employed as a dealer at the Isle of Capri Casino and was currently employed with Miracle Car Wash.

Survived by her fiance, John Kramer of Waterloo; her mother and stepfather, Angie and Jim Reeves of Cedar Falls; her father of Waterloo; three sisters, Shannon (Joshua) McGrath, Brandi Vodochodsky and Jamie (Bo) Dorn, all of Waterloo; a brother, James Legler of Colorado; maternal grandmother, Patricia Thede of Waterloo; and five nieces, Selena Fifield, Natalee Dorn, Melodie Dorn, Kelli Dorn and Allison Roszell.

Preceded in death by paternal grandparents.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church, Cedar Falls, preceded by an hour of visitation. Richardson Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Chelsea was loved by everyone who knew her and will be deeply missed.
