Sara Ann Lovell, 73, of rural Clarksville, died at home Sunday, Nov. 9, 2014.

She was born June 11, 1941, in Cedar Falls, daughter of Rodney and Dorothy Vaughn Corwin. On July 18, 1959, she married Robert Lovell in Cedar Falls.

Sara graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1959.

Survived by her husband; three sons, Jeff (Deb) of Clarksville, Randy (Bridget) of Mascoutah, Ill., and Cole (Bess) of Cedar Falls; a daughter, Shelli (Todd) Grapp of Des Moines; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Delbert (Bobbie) Corwin of Marshalltown and Howard Corwin of Reinbeck; and a sister-in-law, Carol Corwin of Windom, Minn.

Preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Alan, Larry and Walt Corwin; and a sister, Laura Jane (Ackles) Preece.

Services: 2 p.m. Friday at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home, Waverly, followed by cremation. Visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

The couple raised their family in Cedar Falls and retired to their acreage outside of Clarksville. Sara Ann loved laughing with friends, reading, watching westerns, camping and most importantly, spending time with her family.
