WATERLOO - Agnes Elizabeth Olinger, 93, of Waterloo, died Friday, Nov. 7, 2014, at NorthCrest Specialty Care.

She was born June 9, 1921, in Waterloo, daughter of Peter and Mary (Erbe) McEnany. She was united in marriage to Francis Olinger on Oct. 19, 1942. He died in 1989.

Agnes attended Edison School and Sacred Heart. She worked at Hinson’s and Power’s Manufacturing as a sewing operator, retiring in 1985.

Survived by four daughters, Carol (Jack) Hook of Peoria, Ariz., Diana Olinger of Waterloo, Jane (Richard) Hartley of Waterloo and Donna (Fred) Eilers of Waterloo; six grandchildren, Scott, Tiffany, Misty, Elizabeth, Leslie and Crystal; 16 great-grandchildren; and her twin brother, Edward McEnany of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Genevieve Richmond and Evangeline Alexander.

There will be no services. Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service, Waterloo, is assisting the family.

Memorials may be directed to C&W Rustic Hollow Shelter, 216 Main St, Nashua, IA 50658, and Care Initiatives Hospice.

Agnes loved to reminisce about her childhood home on Duryea Street, which is now the site of the John Deere T 10 building.
