Funeral services for S. B. Nordskog, 77, of 1309 Clay St. will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the First Evangelical United Brethren Church with the Rev William Schorman officiating assisted by the Rev. Oliver M. Yaggy. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the Dahl Funeral Home.

He died Friday evening at Sartori Hospital here. He had been ill since September.

Mr. Nordskog, a widely-known wrestling official, was born Dec. 31, 1883, in Story City, Iowa, and was married to Mary Larsen* June 21, 1911, at her farm home near Nevada. He had sold food store equipment until recently and traveled extensively throughout Iowa.

For a number of years he umpired local softball games and scored wrestling meets at Cedar Falls High School and State College of Iowa. He wrote a widely-used wrestling score book, and designed several commercial refrigerators which were panted and produced.

He was a member of First Congregational Church, where for many years he served as superintendent of the Sunday School, deacon and choir member.

Surviving are his wife; two daughters and a son: Mrs. Genevieve Madsen, Cedar Falls, Mrs. Ruth Helen Strohbehn, Reinbeck, and Paul, Park Ridge, Ill.; eight grandchildren; one brother and three sisters.
