WATERLOO - Susan Strudthoff Spindler, 65, of Waterloo, died Monday, Oct. 27, 2014, at ManorCare Health Services.

She was born Nov. 30, 1948, in Waterloo, daughter of Stanley and Lorraine Reinicke Strudthoff. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa.

Survived by two sons, Jesse of Carroll and Kevin of Chico, Calif.; her mother of Cedar Falls; a brother, Jon (Tammy) Strudthoff of Victor; and two sisters, Sandra Strudthoff-McKee of Bloomington, Minn., and Jean (Eugene Stevens) Strudthoff of Redding, Calif.

Preceded in death by her father.

Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls, preceded by an hour of visitation. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, Cedar Falls, is assisting the family.

Memorials may be directed to the church.
