Funeral services for Allen G. Close, 83, a former resident of Waterloo who died Thursday at Alexandria. Minn, will be at the French Funeral Home in Reinbeck, Ia., at 2 p.m. today.
Mr. Close left Waterloo in 1912 and prior to his death had resided at Garfield, Minn.
Surviving are two sons, Blair and Claude Close, in Minnesota and a sister, Mrs. Lincoln White, 307 Mobile Street. There are also nine grandchildren.
