Mrs. Ethel Bryant, 36, 352 Halsted Street, died Wednesday at 10:25 a.m. at Isolation Hospital, of carcinoma. She had been in the hospital since Jan. 5.

Ethel McLaughlin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Allen McLaughlin, was born at Lumberton, Miss., May 9, 1897. She was married to Henry Bryant about 22 years ago. Later she was separated from Mr. Bryant. She had been a resident of Waterloo for the past 17 years. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.

Surviving are a son, Cleophas Henry and daughter, Jerelsteen, both living at 352 Halsted Street.

The body was taken to the Hileman & Gindt Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ethyl Bryant, 36, 352 Halsted Street, who died Wednesday morning after a short illness, will 'be at the Hileman & Gindt Chapel Saturday morining at 10:30. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
