WATERLOO - Eunice Mae Mueller Porter, 56, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2005, at Allen Hospital of cancer.

She was born Jan. 27, 1949, in Waterloo, daughter of George Christian and Anna Bertha Pipho Mueller. She married William John Robert Porter on Aug. 29, 1980, in Waterloo. He died May 22, 2000.

Mrs. Porter was employed at Allen Hospital for 35 years as a unit coordinator secretary.

Survivors include a son, Joe Charles of Waterloo; a stepson, William Sean of Iowa City; a stepgrandson, Brogan Porter of Iowa City; a brother, Gordon (Sharon) Mueller of Denver; three sisters, Kathryn (James) Magee of Dunkerton, Jean Bremer of Tripoli and Patricia (Eric) Skuster of Waverly; two brothers-in-law, Mike (Lynette) Porter of Virginia Beach, Va., and Pat (Colleen) Porter of Waterloo; and three sisters-in-law, Amie Noverr of Waterloo, Louise (Ron) Youngblut of La Porte City and Teresa Corcoran of Fairbank.

Preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with inurnment in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, where there will be a 5 p.m. rosary and 7 p.m. vigil service. Visitation also for an hour before services Friday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the church or Allen Hospital.
