David E. Bisbee, 74, 549 Bratnober Street, died at his home yesterday at 9:15 p.m. Death was caused from paralysis.

Mr. Bisbee was born in Delhi, Delaware County, N. Y., Jan. 31, 1854. As a child he came west with his parents, settling in Aplington, Butler County, Iowa in 1858.

Mr. Bisbee married Harriett Babcock Oct. 21, 1819, in Parkersburg, Ia. Mr. and Mrs. Bisbee and their family moved to Waterloo in 1904.

Surviving besides the widow are the following children: Mrs. Mary Waudby. 403 Broadway; Virginia Bisbee, at home; Lloyd H. Bisbee, 144 Monroe Street; Lisle Bisbee, at home; Lyndon Bisbee. at home, and Mrs. Verle Merrill. Glendive, Mont. Susan Bisbee, another daughter, died in childhood. Seven grandchildren also survive.

The body is at O'Keefe & Towne Mortuary. Funeral services will be at the home Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in Aplington.
