WILLIAMS, MEARS, DAVIS, WOODARD

Mrs. Robert E. Williams, 56, Rainbow Drive, died at her home yesterday at 5:45 p.m. Death resulted from an illness from which, she had been suffering since February. Less than two weeks ago she was brought home from St. Francis Hospital.

Nettie May Mears was born March 27, 1872, at Rose Creek, Minn. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Mears. While still a child the family moved to Austin, Minn., where she grew to womanhood.

She was married to Robert E. Williams at Austin March 20. 1895. The couple spent most of their life in Cedar Falls.

Surviving besides Mr. Williams, who is custodian of the Waterloo baseball park, are two sisters and two brothers: Mrs. Ollie Davis, Duluth, Minn.; Mrs. R. A. Woodard, Austin, Minn.: Arthur Mears, Helena, Mont.; John Mears, Austin.

Funeral services will be in Methodist Episcopal Church at Cedar Falls at 2 p.m. tomorrow. Rev. W. G. Rowley will officiate. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery. The body is at the Dahl Mortuary, Cedar Falls.
