Mrs. W. G. Lamb, 416 Edwards Street, wife of the master mechanic of Waterloo, Cedar Falls & Northern Railway company shops here, died at 2:30 a.m. today in Kansas City from apoplexy, with which she was stricken while visiting with her husband at the home of his brother, O. F. Lamb.

Mr. and Mrs. Lamb went to Kansas City on Friday. She appeared in her usual good health at that time, According to her daughter, Mrs. J. W. Wilimek, Cedar Falls.

She was born in Germany 50 years ago and came to the United States when 11 years old. Her maiden name was Frieda Adamowsky.

Surviving are the husband, daughter, two grandchildren, Beatrice and William Wilimek, and a brother, Henry Adamowsky, who resides at the Lamb home.

The body will be brought to Waterloo by Mr: Lamb, who expects to arrive here at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday. Details of the funeral service probably will be decided late this afternoon, Mrs. Wilimek said.
