WATERLOO - Donna Mae Lutgen, 85, of Kansas City, Mo., died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, after battling Parkinson’s disease.

She was born March 28, 1929, in Waterloo, daughter of John & Irene Delagardelle. She married her husband, Ronald Lutgen; he preceded her in death.

Donna was a member of St. Bernadette’s and involved with the parish Guild and pantry. She served on the board of the Cancer Society.

Survived by three daughters, Michelle Davis, Pam (Jim) Turner and Karen (Alan) Harris; a son, Mark (Shelley); seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a sister, Theresa Brustkern; and two brothers, Julius and Norb (Mary) Delagardelle.

Preceded in death by a brother, Vincent Delagardelle.

Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church, Kansas City, entombment following in Mount Olivet Mausoleum. Visitation will be for an hour before services Saturday at the church. McGilley & Sheil Chapel, Kansas City, is in charge of arrangements.

Her hobbies included golfing, gardening and playing bridge. Donna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
